Paris-based Senior Associate Valentin Bourgeois specialises in commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He has advised and represented clients in arbitration throughout the world, both ad hoc and under all the major institutional rules, including ICC, LCIA, SCC and ICSID rules.

Valentin has substantial experience in several market sectors but his practice focuses particularly on infrastructure, energy, and natural resource disputes, with expertise in disputes arising across the Middle-East, Europe and North Africa.

A graduate of both Université of Nanterre and Georgetown University, Valentin is qualified to practice law in Paris, France and in New York, USA.
