Sarah is an Associate in the Employment Team in our Manchester office, and has been with Clyde & Co since November 2018.
Sarah deals with defending a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims, including discrimination, unfair dismissal and holiday pay claims, alongside providing day to day advisory support on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Sarah has experience supporting a combination of regional and national clients across a variety of sectors on: capability, conduct, disciplinary and grievance procedures and also has extensive knowledge of redundancy processes.
In addition to her Tribunal and advisory work, Sarah also deals with the preparation of contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, costs applications and settlement agreements.
Prior to qualification Sarah trained at a top tier international law firm; undertaking an employment seat predominantly handling retail sector Employment Tribunal claims.
