As a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team, Melanie has extensive and diverse experience within the world of commercial property, covering development site assembly, drafting and negotiating overage agreements, dealing with acquisitions, disposals and management of investment property portfolios and a full spectrum of landlord and tenant matters.
