Marie-Victoria is a litigator who specializes in professional liability, particularly in construction matters.
A member of the Québec Bar since 2017, Marie-Victoria holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) as well as a Juris Doctor in North American Common Law (J.D.) from l’Université de Montréal.
Marie-Victoria began her career with a generalist firm in Montréal before joining Clyde & Co in 2019. She initially worked within Clyde & Co as an analyst in various professional liability cases before joining our litigation team working on a large-scale Projects and Construction case.
Appreciated by her peers for her analysis and her promptness in identifying the issues facing our clients, Marie-Victoria is known for being a thorough and thoughtful lawyer who does not hesitate to take on new challenges by working on complex cases.
