Kristen Burns focuses her practice on insurance litigation.
Previously, Kristen clerked for the Honorable Peter A. Bogaard, J.S.C., in the Family Division of the Morris County Superior Court. During her clerkship, Kristen served as a settlor and drafted memoranda of law for a variety of family and civil law matters.
While studying at Notre Dame Law School, she participated in pro bono work through the Notre Dame Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic and acted as a Brief Writer for the Moot Court Intellectual Property Team.
