James specialises in complex and high value clinical negligence claims, including brain and spinal injury cases, but he also undertakes work on a variety of other matters. He has previous experience of advising on claims against manufacturers/suppliers for defective products, which have caused personal injury and property damage.
James also presents seminars to clients, writes articles in the Healthcare team's online publication and assists insurer clients with the provision of a 24-hour medico-legal advice line to insured clinicians.
