Tim has a great depth of experience across all stages of construction transactions, and has acted for developers, occupiers, contractors and lenders across multiple sector spaces.

He has helped clients deliver and manage everything from hyperscale datacentres and state-of-the-art fulfilment centres, to high spec flagship HQs, luxury hotels and retail parks.

He sits on the TeCSA 10s committee for the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association and participates in the mentoring scheme for the Society of Construction Law, and is a member of both.
