He is a compliance subject matter expert with significant experience in regulatory investigations, risk management, ESG, and governance. Osama was previously the Head of Compliance for a FTSE 100 company in the support services and construction sector and is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences for professionals.

Osama advises a wide range of corporate clients on an enhanced approach to risk and governance and is regularly invited to speak at industry conferences for professionals.
Osama has an in-depth understanding of different cultures and the particular risk implications, through extensive international compliance experience in Europe, North America, Africa, and the Middle East.

Previous roles include being Head of Compliance for a major FTSE 100 multinational corporation, responsible for compliance with anti-bribery/corruption, modern slavery, data protection laws, and business continuity planning across the UK, MENA, the US, and China.

Osama holds a Masters of Science in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics from University of London.
