Kathleen has been working as a solicitor in the professional indemnity insurance sector since 1995.  She has extensive experience of handling claims against a wide range of professionals including solicitors, accountants, brokers, financial intermediaries, medical professionals and surveyors.  She regularly advises on coverage disputes and has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution.  She combines technical expertise with commercial awareness to bring cases to efficient, pragmatic and cost effective resolution.
