Chander is a commercial litigator with over 10 years experience in dealing with complex and high value disputes.
He has spent time working in-house both within the betting & gaming sector and the wider entertainment industry. This has contributed to a strong industry knowledge and a first-hand appreciation of the need for practical and commercially focused advice.
He has acted for a range of clients in a number of high profile, high pressured matters, including international fraud actions and cyber security incidents (ranging from ransomware events to crypto-exchange hacks).
Chander regularly acts for insurers in complex subrogated recovery actions (both defendant and claimant) in respect of construction, major loss property damage and product liability matters.
