Our Washington DC team litigates complex coverage disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, at both the trial and appellate levels. We have handled coverage disputes in claims for asbestos, environmental and mass tort liability, including against large target insureds and the largest environmental sites in the US, and represent insurers in high stakes bad faith claims.
Our dedicated team has also represented US corporations, professional services firms and other organizations in major litigation across diverse areas including antitrust, securities, commercial fraud and breach of contract.
