Covid-19 has been a challenging event for the insurance industry with lasting consequences across the globe.

The profusion of business interruption claims created challenges for insurance regulators, made new laws and encouraged insurers to revise their standard market wordings. We have also seen activity surrounding enviornmental liability and public liability claims. 

This podcast looks at Covid-19 as a mass loss event, considering some of its wider implications on the insurance industry which may persist for many years to come.
