It’s nearly five years since the Court of Appeal handed down judgment in what has become commonly referred to as “Dreamvar”.
This guidance for solicitors, prepared by Ben Parks and Anne Eady in our professional liability team in partnership with Calum MacLean of QBE Risk solutions, explores the ongoing impact of the Dreamvar decision.
