Acting for Kingfisher plc on the relocation of their London headquarters to Paddington Square and negotiating the exit strategy in relation to their former headquarters.
Acting for OVO Energy in their tenancy of the first net zero carbon building in operation in Glasgow, Cadworks.
Acting for the tenant on the lease of an entire office building (c. 50,000) with a significant six figure rent. The agreement for lease involved significant works packages to be conducted by each of the landlord and the tenant.
Acting for two of the tenants on their pre-let agreements at 8 Bishopsgate, designed as London’s most sustainable tall office tower. Our work included negotiating the agreement for lease and lease, fit out contracts and subcontracts, and their exit from their existing premises.
Advising SP Jain School of Management on their expansion into the UK, taking office premises in the Exchange Tower for conversion to educational purposes.
We have now been involved in the letting of four floors at 22 Bishopsgate, for Fidelis and Canopius. We were involved in all aspects of the transactions, from the negotiation of Heads of Terms, the due diligence process, pre-letting the space and completion. We also assisted with the appointment of the relevant entities’ professional teams for their fit-out works.
