Barakat, Maher & Partners in association with Clyde & Co has been appointed as legal advisor to Estadat Sports Investment on the launch of the Waad Fund (the “Fund”). This innovative Fund aims to foster and qualify athletic talent in preparation for the 2028 and 2032 Olympic Games, aligning with the Egyptian government's efforts to enhance the country's athletic capabilities.

In partnership with Al Baraka Capital, Estadat Sports Investment seeks to raise EGP1 billion over the next four years, supporting Egypt's vision for a robust sports infrastructure and nurturing talented athletes.
