Jared Kangwana & Co Advocates LLP, in association with Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of George Ndung'u as a partner in its Dispute Resolution practice in Nairobi, Kenya.

George is a well-respected disputes lawyer with a wealth of experience representing multinationals in complex litigation across Kenyan courts and forums. He has experience in all forms of dispute resolution, largely Court of Appeal and High Court litigation and commercial disputes ranging from intellectual property, technology, corporate governance, minority oppression, debt recovery, data protection, employment and labour relations and constitutional law disputes.

George represents a diverse portfolio of local and international clients across various sectors including consumer goods and retail, financial services, technology and telecommunications, logistics, insurance and real estate. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, George worked in Bowmans' dispute resolution department.
