Wen has extensive experience in advising Chinese and foreign financial institutions and investors on cross border financing transactions including aviation finance, shipping finance, acquisition finance, project finance and general lending (bilateral loan, syndicated loan, and export credit).
She also represents Chinese and foreign leasing companies and Chinese airlines in aircraft leasing and trading transactions (operating/finance lease, asset acquisition, and sale and lease back) and in asset refinancing transactions with financial institutions.
Prior to joining Westlink Partnership, Wen worked for one of Chinese "big four" state-owned commercial banks and a PRC law firm. She is a native Mandarin speaker with professional proficiency in English.

Advised a Chinese policy bank in respect of the refinancing of five A320-200 aircraft to a leading Chinese leasing company involving a number of jurisdictions including China, Ireland, and Cambodia.
Advised the export credit agency of a developed country on an aircraft financing transaction with an international leasing company.
Advised an international syndicate in respect of the US$220 million refinancing of ten aircraft to a Chinese aircraft lessor.
Advised a leading international leasing company in respect of the operating lease of three Embraer aircraft with one of Chinese airlines.
Advised a Chinese aircraft lessor on a four-aircraft acquisition and the related financings which were provided by a Chinese bank.
Advised a Chinese investment company on a mezzanine debt financing provided to a Cayman SPV set up by a Chinese aircraft lessor.
Advised an international bank in respect of the financing of the construction of a milk plant invested by a Chinese dairy manufacturer in Canada.
Advised a well-known U.S. PE firm on an acquisition finance transaction involving multiple jurisdictions.
