Amrei’s practice focuses on insurance law, especially in financial and professional lines (D&O, E&O, PI), Cyber, and casualty product liability as well as commercial litigation and arbitration. She further advises on matters of product development and insurance regulatory law. Admitted to the Düsseldorf Bar, Amrei is admitted to practice in Germany. During her legal clerkship, Amrei worked for the European Commission, DG Connect, especially on legal issues in the course of digitisation as well as on a proposal for a new Directive. She also worked for a major law firm in the fields of insurance law, commercial litigation and arbitration. Amrei holds a Master of Law from Queen Mary University of London.
