Roy Xiao advises insurance industry and corporate clients in connection with coverage disputes and complex litigation. He counsels clients on first-party property and third-party liability claims and handles matters involving high potential exposure and allegations of bad faith.
Roy's experience includes defending personal injury, products liability, and professional liability and construction defect matters. He also advises clients on contemporary legal issues such as coverage implications relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 and the US opioid epidemic.
