Saskia is an associate in the International Arbitration and Commercial Litigation team working in our London office. She has represented clients in complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes across a range of different business and industry sectors, including energy, international trade and financial services.
Saskia has practical experience of arbitration under major institutional rules, including the LCIA, ICC and trade bodies’ rules, as well as commercial litigation in the UK courts.
Saskia has acted for clients based in the UK, Middle East, Europe and Asia, including governments, state-owned entities, large multinational corporations and private commercial entities.
Saskia has an LL.M. (cum laude) in Public International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She is a native English and Dutch speaker.
