Daniel Weiss handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex product liability cases, numerous tire cases (automobile, motorcycle and truck), wrongful death and personal injury cases, construction defect cases and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to entering the legal field, Dan spent more than 17 years in the aviation maintenance industry, with experience as a licensed Airframe & Power Plant Technician, Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, and Level II Non-Destructive Testing Inspector in all fields.
Dan has also owned and operated motorcycle shops for over 25 years, where he built, serviced and repaired thousands of custom and OE Harley Davidson motorcycles.
