Anna-Sophie has gathered extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of large scale project contracts for works, including BIMCO and FIDIC standard contracts. She regularly accompanies and advises clients both during the tender and subsequent execution phase for a project as well as in litigation and arbitration cases in that area. She acts for major energy industry contractors, investors, operators, service providers and suppliers.
Anna-Sophie has, together with Eckehard Volz, contributed the chapter "Applying knock-for-knock in Germany“ to the book “Knock-for-Knock Indemnities and the Law - Contractual Limitation and Delictual Liability”, published in March 2023 by Taylor & Francis.
