Amy is a Senior Associate in the Energy, Marine and Natural Resources Group in our London office. Prior to joining Clyde & Co in April 2019, Amy trained and qualified into the Dispute Resolution team at Baker & McKenzie.

Amy has extensive experience in ICC, LCIA and UNICTRAL international arbitration and English High Court litigation. Amy also has experience of conducting investigations.

Expérience

• Representing The Government of Yemen in various ICC arbitrations arising under Production Sharing Agreements in the oil and gas sector.
• Advising a client in expedited proceedings to set aside an earlier High Court judgment obtained through alleged fraud.
• Acting in High Court litigation arising from breach of contract claims and allegations of malicious falsehood.
• Advising a client in two related UNCITRAL arbitrations regarding supply chain management.
• Acting in bribery and corruption investigations.
