Amber Waudby is an Associate in the Insurance, Financial and Professional Disputes team in the Manchester office. She specialises in defending claims against professionals at the pre-action stage and throughout litigation. She also has experience working with clients before their professional bodies.
Amber Waudby is an Associate in the Insurance, Financial and Professional Disputes team in the Manchester office. Amber joined BLM in 2017, prior to the merger with Clyde & Co and qualified in September 2023.
Amber has experience in the defence of claims against professionals including solicitors, educational establishments, public bodies and construction professionals. She also represents clients in data protection disputes.
She has carried out work on matters involving clients who are being investigated by their professional bodies including the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
