Experience in the Commercial Court involving a dispute between an airline and its MRO service provider; cargo disputes involving damage to perishables and pharmaceuticals.
Experience in the High Court and County Court involving passenger injury claims on behalf of major airlines and public liability claims.
Experience in hull claims, aircraft damage and TLO claims involving incidents of ground damage to aircraft caused by ground handlers during turnaround of aircraft or loading of cargo; pushback and taxiing; aborted take-offs and runway incursions.
Advising and acting on a property damage claim involving ingresses of water at an airport lounge operated by a major airline.
