Taylor Trotter focuses her practice on litigating aviation, product liability, and commercial disputes. She has experience in all phases of litigation, in both federal and state court. She handles all aspects of litigation, from initial case evaluation to preparing cases for trial. Taylor has experience with cases involving contractual disputes, personal injury, and property damage.
Taylor previously represented broker-dealers and their associated financial professionals in a range of general liability matters. She gained experience defending entities and individuals in commercial contract disputes, regulatory matters, employment disputes, and trust and estate disputes. Taylor’s diverse litigation experience provides her the means to analyze liability, develop defense strategies, and prepare cases for trial.
