Sarit Thomas is a Knowledge Lawyer within the Clyde & Co LLP MEA Employment practice and Real Estate and Hospitality practice groups.

Her role is to support the MEA Employment team and MEA Real Estate and Hospitality team with keeping up to date with changes in law and practice and sharing our insights with our clients through thought leadership articles and other content.  She also creates and maintains a suite of precedent documents to enable the efficient delivery of our work.  

Sarit regularly prepares and delivers legal training both internally and externally to our clients and through the Dubai Legal Affairs Department CLPD programme.

• Author and contributor of numerous client-facing employment articles and insights, featured in various third-party publications

Real Estate:

• Collaborated with the DIFC and Lexis Nexis to prepare insightful commentary on DIFC Real Property Law and DIFC Leasing Law
• Drafting and maintaining real estate practice guides and precedents
