Lily Torrejón has been an associate at GQM since 2017. She is a member of the Firm’s Labor Law group.
Her work is fundamentally focused on the processing of cases before Labor Law Courts throughout the country. Provides advice to companies on labor matters, review of labor instruments, labor and social security policies.
She has participated in due diligence processes, advice before the Labor Directorate and its inspections, in addition to claims of their resolutions in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Before joining our Firm, she worked as a litigation attorney at the Instituto de Previsión Social. Until 2014, she was an associate attorney at Peralta Soto Urrutia Abogados, where she advised companies and processed labor and criminal cases.
