Frauke joined Clyde & Co in 2024 as an Associate in the Data Protection & Privacy team in our Dusseldorf office. She advises on all German and European privacy and data protection related matters and IT law.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Frauke worked as an Associate at an international law firm and advised clients in the area of information technology contract law and outsourcing. She studied law at the University of Cologne, the Higher School of Economics in Moscow and the University of Edinburgh. In her legal traineeship she worked in the data protection team at a large international law firm as well as the legal department of a multinational technology company with a focus on e-commerce.

Her focus is on advising on regulatory requirements of the European and national authorities in the area of IT and data protection, such as the recent EU AI Act and EU Data Act, as well as the implementation of these.

  • Conception and drafting of B2B general terms and conditions for software-based products, review of IT contracts for compliance with general terms and conditions law
