Alison has over a decade of experience in representing insurer, commercial and public sector clients, mainly in the Court of Session and All Scotland Personal Injury Court.  She specialises in defending catastrophic personal injury actions, including employer's liability, public liability and road traffic claims. 

Alison has also developed a practice acting for public bodies in Judicial Review proceedings.
