Sarah has a wealth of experience in dealing with catastrophic and large loss claims on behalf of major insurers, including cases involving chronic pain, traumatic brain injuries, serious orthopaedic injuries and severe psychiatric injury.
Sarah specialises in matters requiring a keen eye for detail and a thorough, technical approach, such as cases involving policy indemnity issues and coverage disputes, complex expert evidence and issues of exaggeration. She has been recommended in the Legal 500 for her ‘valued and balanced advice’ (2017).
Sarah is co-leader of our Policy Indemnity Unit, advising a number of major insurers on policy indemnity issues and coverage disputes arising in a casualty context.
