Justin's areas of practice include advising on asset finance transactions, joint venture arrangements and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience working on finance and energy transactions and projects involving oil and gas exploration.
Justin received his Bachelor of Laws degree and his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2017 and 2018 respectively. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Advising privately owned PRC company on establishment of (i) a Sino-foreign sales and marketing joint venture company to sell LNG into China domestic market; and (i) a Sino-foreign joint venture company to build, own and operate an LNG receiving terminal in China
Advising a PRC state-owned utility group and its Hong Kong subsidiary on a Sino-foreign joint venture with a Japanese liner and a PRC state-owned financial leasing house to build, own and operate small scale LNG vessels to provide transportation services to designated LNG receiving terminals in mainland China
Advising a PRC state-owned financial leasing company on sale and lease back of two LNG ships built at Korean shipyard with a Greek ship owner
Advising a PRC state-owned company on legal due diligence of target assets including offshore gas fields and onshore LNG production facilities
