Jinxin Sun focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation. She has experience with bankruptcy litigation involving business and consumer bankruptcies and reorganizations, as well as adversary proceedings in bankruptcy cases.
While in law school, Jinxin was a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong at the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Jinxin clerked for The Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong.
