Georgia is a Senior Associate and an Australian qualified lawyer currently based in the London office. Georgia has extensive experience in assisting organisations’ response to cyber incidents, data breaches, privacy matters and third-party litigation arising from these breaches. She regularly supports organisations in the 'readiness' space with assessing and uplifting their cyber posture and incident response capabilities.
Georgia provides specialist advice on cyber security management, navigating crisis response strategies, engaging with regulators and responding to data protection issues across the full cyber incident lifecycle.
Georgia regularly supports clients across both Australia and the UK on cyber security readiness and incident response, including routinely advising clients on their legal and regulatory obligations pursuant to relevant data protection legislation following personal data breaches.
Georgia has extensive experience providing clients with pre-incident services including the review, development and implementation of policies and procedures to address cyber risk. This routinely includes facilitating tabletop and simulation exercises and preparing decision making frameworks for Boards.
