Courtney Swartz is a member of the Trial & Defense practice group. She specializes in premises liability, sports and recreation, motor vehicle, and New York Labor Law matters. She also has experience handling matters through alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediations and arbitrations. She is proficient in drafting and arguing various appeals before the Appellate Division. She has successfully defended clients in the state of New York against several personal injury actions.
