Barry Stork obtained his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario bar in 2011.
Barry handles a wide range of commercial and insurance dispute resolution work and has represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario. He also has extensive experience defending personal injury and professional negligence claims on behalf of insurers, municipalities, and corporations. Barry has been involved in numerous reviews commissioned by professional regulatory bodies, the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario. He also has expertise in defending police entities in civil matters and in coroner's inquests.
Barry has presented on the issues of expert evidence and expert reports at continuing professional development programs at the Law Society of Ontario.
Prior to pursuing a law degree, Barry volunteered with a thyroid specialist at a Toronto hospital where he was involved in collaborative research in thyroid oncology.
Barry is the Second Vice-President on the Board of Directors at Bathurst Lawn Memorial Park cemetery.
