Ana is part of the team advising airlines in the Madrid office on all types of litigation, administrative procedures by local bodies (AESA, etc.), contract reviews, etc. In particular, she is an expert in passenger claims brought under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 and the Montreal Convention, and regularly defends our clients in oral hearings before the Spanish courts.

In addition, within the transport team she advises major insurers on road transport incidents.

She is a specialist in Tourism Law, advising numerous tourism companies, especially wholesale and retail travel agencies.

For twenty-five years Ana has worked for various companies, especially defending the interests of companies in the tourism, air and road transport sectors. Her previous experience also includes business management and real estate cases.
