Sarah has represented clients on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including cross border and UK M&A for private companies, joint ventures, general corporate structuring, general corporate/company law advisory work, services agreements, sale of goods agreements and software licence agreements.
Sarah has acted for clients across a range of sectors including real estate, energy, and infrastructure, hospitality, oil and gas and the cash payment industry.

Advised a leading oil and gas company on the negotiation of a 5-year multi-billion-pound fuel supply and purchase agreement which involved the sale of goods and licencing of its brand in Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium.
Advised two individual sellers on the sale of their tower crane business for GBP 14m.
Advised on a 50/50 joint venture for the business of operating an FBO facility providing aircraft and passenger handling services at an airport in the UK and the subsequent termination of the joint venture through the acquisition of the joint venture vehicle by the client.
Advised Cardinality in relation to securing a GBP 2.5 million Series A investment into the Company by Maven Capital Partners.
Acted for the sellers in relation to the sale of Stansted Intoplane Company Limited (the fuelling and defueling provider at Stansted Airport) to an Italian jet fuel handling company.
Advised on the sale of the Luxembourg holding company (SOF-10 Beagle Investments) that owns One Braham, the newly developed office building that is the global headquarters of BT, to a German fund, for a price in excess of EUR 500 million.
Advised on numerous property management company handovers from developers to leaseholders / tenants.
Advised and produced various services agreements including in relation to the provision of general wellbeing services, ATM agreement services, cellular pathology services and dental services.
Advised IO Asset Management LLP, a market leading investment and & asset manager in the urban logistics sector, on its strategic merger with the Caisson Group.
Acted for a lender on the corporate restructure of two parallel company structures ahead of the rescheduling of its loan and security package.
