Rachel joined the Employment team as an Associate in 2019 after completing her training contract with the firm.

Her work includes advising employers on the handling of Employment Tribunal claims, including complex discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.  Rachel also has experience in advising on a variety of employment issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes and redundancies. 

Rachel advises across a range of sectors including professional services, education, and insurance.

Rachel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.

  • Drafting letters and undertakings in relation to alleged breaches of confidentiality provisions and post-termination restrictions of former employees
  • Advising non-profit organisations and clients on the HR matters arising out of the coronavirus pandemic, including furlough leave and redundancy
  • Preparing and advising on employment contracts and HR policy documentation
  • Negotiating settlement agreements
  • Representing employers in Employment Tribunal litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
