  • Advising a UAE family business on the restructuring of its regional and global asset portfolio with the aim to ensure smooth succession planning and effective corporate governance. 
  • Advising, as a member of the working group, a public body on legal recommendations that eventually formed part of the UAE Federal Law for family businesses introduced in 2022 and subsequently came into effect in January 2023.
