Marie Roehm offers 42 years of experience representing insurers with insurance coverage and claims handling issues nationwide. Founded on a wide range of commercial general liability and property policies, her expertise includes many lines of insurance. She has represented clients in informal and formal coverage and claims handling disputes, policy administration, claims handling programs and individual complex or catastrophic claims. Her work has included evaluating claims, oversight and guidance of claim defense, preparing pleadings and motions, handling discovery and arguing appeals.
