Jeffrey Renaud is an accomplished and highly motivated attorney with background in commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes and practice-ready experience. Jeffrey has demonstrated experience in several aspects of insurance coverage cases, including drafting pleadings and written motions, engaging in written discovery and document production, taking depositions of fact witnesses, drafting, and arguing dispositive motions on contractual and extracontractual claims, preparing and participating in trials, and drafting trial and post-trial motions and briefs. He advocates client interests, working diligently to evaluate case merits, mitigate risk and facilitate positive outcomes for an array of complex legal matters.
Jeffrey develops litigation strategies regarding depositions, dispositive motions, pre-trial hearings, and trials. He manages and assists in analyzing document production in complex litigation matters involving significant number of documents.
