Gill Rothwell is a Catastrophic Injury litigator with broad experience in brain injuries, serious orthopaedic injuries, and chronic pain claims.
Gill advises clients on road traffic collisions, employers' and public liability. She has particular experience with road traffic litigation under The Road Traffic Act, Article 75 and Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB) Agreements.
Gill also acts for public sector clients in workplace accident claims.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and The Law Society.
