Martin's practice focusses primarily on development work, with a particular emphasis on urban mixed-use regeneration projects advising both the public and private sectors, as well as investment work primarily for property companies and overseas investors (particularly from Hong Kong and South East Asia).
His clients include U+I Group, Marcol Group, Urban & Civic plc, Native Land Limited, Hutchison Property Group (and subsidiaries), London & Oriental LLP and Lai Sun Group.
