Simon's area of practice incorporates all aspects of aviation liability work predominantly for air carriers, airports and aviation service providers.
Simon undertakes major aviation catastrophe work including in-flight and ground losses and high value personal injury and cargo losses. His practice extends to subrogation actions and he has extensive experience in a multitude of jurisdictions including Middle East, Africa, the Indian sub-continent and Europe.
Since qualifying in 1992, Simon has worked exclusively in the area of aerospace and aviation liability and joined Beaumont & Son in 2002.
