Jean Post is a member of the firm’s insurance disputes practice, with a focus on products liability exposure, complex commercial, and catastrophic injury litigation.
Before joining Clyde & Co, Jean specialized in appellate and motion practice, litigating, briefing, and arguing complex commercial, professional liability, products liability, and high-exposure healthcare and catastrophic injury claims. She has briefed over a dozen of appeals in the Appellate Division and has drafted countless successful dispositive motions.

Obtained an affirmation of a New York trial court’s pre-discovery dismissal of breach of contract and legal malpractice claims against a New York metropolitan area law firm in the Appellate Division, Second Department. (2018). Subsequently obtained denial of motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals. (2019)
