• Successfully defended a Consultant Neurosurgeon in a claim relating to nerve injury sustained by a minor during spinal surgery
• Successfully defended a series of claims brought by a vexatious litigant in person against a Prison GP
• Currently representing a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon in a high-profile action
• Facilitated pilot Settlement Day on behalf of MDO client, resulting in all but two claims being resolved on the day
• Secured a strike out of a claim pursued by a vexatious litigant in person whilst acting on behalf of multiple dentists
• Successfully defended a consent claim brought against a prolific Ophthalmic Surgeon, ensuring his reputation was preserved.
