Ben qualified as a solicitor into the insurance fraud team at Halliwells LLP in 2010 before transferring to Barlow Lyde & Gilbert and then Clyde & Co. He has experience dealing with complex multi-claimant matters which are suspected of being staged/contrived or induced along with phantom passenger and low velocity impact claims.
Ben is a member of the management team and is responsible for the day to day management of a key client relationship along with undertaking supervision of other team members.
