Since joining the firm in March of 2022 Andrew Pickavant has been an Associate in the IFPD team in our Manchester office.

After qualifying in January 2020, Andrew spent two years working in Commercial Insurance at a previous firm and has since transitioned to Professional Indemnity work where his core work involves claims against insured solicitors.

Andrew holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in International Business & Commercial Law from King’s College London.

Expérience

Professional Liability – assisting the firm’s IFPD Claims Team with ongoing Cavity Wall Insulation litigation.

Professional Liability – dealing with a number of pre-action and litigated professional indemnity claims against solicitors on a delegated authority and panel basis, and claims against other professionals for key Client Insurers.
