Ameeta acts for a number of high-profile landlords, tenants and lenders and is therefore well equipped to deal with complex issues that arise on all sides when negotiating leases. Tenants Ameeta has acted for include Regatta, Ecco Shoes, Currys and various restauranteurs.  Ameeta's experiences include new leases, lease variations, lease terminations, sub-letting, assignations and general occupational issues and standard securities to support funding.

Ameeta also acts for a number of developer clients in respect of the property elements of site identification, site development and completion, in tandem with other specialist colleagues in planning, finance and construction.

Ameeta also provides property support to colleagues in her corporate, employment, insolvency and insurance teams at Clyde & Co for both regional and national transactions.
